I’m Askar — a senior engineer. I build mobile apps with Flutter, web with Next.js, and backends with FastAPI.

I’ve worked at two major banks in Kazakhstan — Bank CenterCredit and Home Credit Bank. On banking projects I developed complex systems — including in sole ownership: retail mobile banking, staff apps for deposits, insurance and loans, and internal tools for engineers to track and fix issues in banking operations.

My rule: almost working isn’t done. I don’t ship bugs or hacks. If a feature needs a workaround, it needs to be rebuilt so it works cleanly.
